Cancellation Policy

We ask if at all possible to notify us within 24 hours of cancelling an appointment this way other patients can be scheduled. Thank you for your courtesy.

Insurance and Payment Policy

We accept most major vision and medical insurance and will be glad to file for you. We ask that all copays, deductibles and non covered services be paid at time of service. A down payment is required when ordering contact lenses or glasses with the balance being paid at time of pick up.

We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards as form of payment. Care Credit is available for those interested in using this service.

Frame Policy and Warranty

All of our frames have a 1 year manufacturer's warranty against faulty craftsmanship. If your dog chews them up or car runs over them that is not considered faulty craftsmanship. Glasses that are stepped on or sat on is not considered a manufacturer's defect. We will make every effort to readjust bent and distorted frames, however, if the frame breaks because of readjusting efforts Beall Optical will not be held responsible.

Lens Warranty:

Every lens dispensed has a scratch-resistant coating unless otherwise specified. Scratch resistant coating doesn't mean scratch-proof. Any lens will scratch if not treated correctly. A microfiber cloth will be given for each pair of glasses dispensed so that you can properly maintain your glasses. The manufacturer will replace any pair of lenses up to 1 year from purchase date when the coating has been improperly applied. This will result in the coating crazing off the substrate.

Progressive Lens Warranty:

All progressive lens products come with a 45 day warranty for "non-adapt" patients. If you can't get accustomed to your new progressive lens in the 45 day period, Beall Optical will replace the progressive into another style for no charge.

Exchange Policy:

You may exchange your new frame within 30 days of purchase date to another as long as the lenses will fit or can be re-sculptured into another frame. A $30.00 re-edging fee may apply.

Refund Policy:

A refund may be issued for the frame only within 14 days of purchase date.
